She moved to Southern, CA in 1985, and it was there she met the love of her life, Calvin (Bo) Mahurien at their Square Dance Club. The story goes that when Terri asked Bo to dance, he said his dance card was full and she would have to wait until next week. They danced to the Anne Murray song “May I have this dance.” A month later he asked her to marry him! In 1996 they moved from California to Pennsylvania and settled in the Pocono Mountains. Shortly after that they moved to the Zeiglerville, PA area. Terri was employed as the Fiscal Director of Monroe County, PA since 1997. She was a member of 1st Presbyterian Church in Pottstown, PA. Terri and Bo enjoyed traveling and took trips to several areas of the world. Terri’s free time was spent doing some of the other things she enjoyed; knitting, cross stitching, sewing, watching old classic movies and TV shows, and reading. She enjoyed decorating their home with Bo’s wildlife pencil drawings, Pennsylvania Dutch flatware, but mostly pictures of her family and friends. She is fondly remembered for her warm heart, her love for her family, a cheerful smile and sweet laugh.

to Sheila and cathy I am so very sorry for your loss.when it is Gods time I believe his angels will lead you home and any suffering will be gone.In a blink of an eye all memory of pain and hard times will be gone and we won’t remember them.I have lost a sister and Deans mom so I don’t say these words as just words, they come from a memory that at times make me cry and other just make me laugh.I try to think of how it will be to see jesus and will i fall on my knees or just stand and look at him in utter awe! when I get down I just let my self go and really just let His love come over me and when it’s quite sometimes I fall on my knees and feel Him ,His warmth and love over comes me and I know for sure He’s with me and all my loved ones in heaven are feeling that utter love only a million times more!
