    Dear Ricky,
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight….

Dear friend, my heart is sad to hear of your loss, I can barely imagine how difficult it is for you to carry such burden, I pray for your and yours prompt resignation.

    My deepest condolences.
