Stacey Fernandez

Stacey Fernandez, age 47, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2024 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac following a series of health challenges. 

Stacey was born on June 19, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a devoted individual whose life revolved around her family. As a loving mother to her three children, Eric Shuck, Paige Winter, and Savannah Winter, Stacey's pride and joy was most evident in her unwavering dedication to their well-being. The countless memories captured in her phone camera roll were a testament to her affection, filled with images of cherished moments shared with her children, her grandchild, Weston Harris, and her beloved dogs: Indie, Astro, and Xena.

Stacey's kind and nurturing spirit extended to her mother, Carol Fernandez, with whom she shared a profound bond. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters, all of whom will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Stacey was predeceased by her father, Joseph Fernandez; and her two brothers, Daryl Smith and Eric Fernandez; as well as her dog, Ebony. In remembrance of Stacey’s life, her family reflects on a journey filled with love, laughter, and resilience. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched and the memories she created.

Funeral services for Stacey Fernandez will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun. Friends and relatives may call on the family on Sunday at the funeral home from 1-3 p.m.
