1949-2015
Richard “Willie” Williams, 66, of Fox Lake, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2015 at his home.
Willie was born June 28, 1949 in Beaver Dam, the son of Harry and Katherine Casey Williams. Willie attended Fox Lake and Waupun schools. He served two years with the U.S. Army and spent a year in Vietnam. Willie was employed for several years at Streich Motors in Fox Lake in the auto body division and in 1993 he opened his own business, Willie’s Body Shop in Fox Lake. Willie and Susan Moore have been together for 23 years. Willie was a member of American Legion Post 521 in Fox Lake and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9510 in Randolph. Willie enjoyed street rods, going to car shows, drag races, and painting cars. He and Susan enjoyed hanging out with family and friends.
Willie is survived by his loving friend, Susan Moore of Fox Lake; a sister, Karen (Bob) Bialk of Delafield; two brothers, Bill (Barb) Williams of Berlin, and Tom Williams of Broken Arrow, OK; Susan’s daughter, Kelly Moore (fiancé Brad Klebba) of Slinger; and their daughter, Madeline, who was so very special to Willie.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Joannie Cruse of Midland, TX.

Family and friends of Willie Williams may call on the family on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
Services:
Memorial services for Willie Williams will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun with Rev. J.D. McCarty officiating.
Burial:
Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Fox Lake where American Legion Post 521 of Fox Lake is providing military honors.
