Richard A. Kavonius, Jr., 38, of Fox Lake, died peacefully in his home on Thursday, May 31, 2012.
Rick was born January 30, 1974 in Beaver Dam, WI the son of Richard Sr. and Carol Kavonius. Although his life was cut short, he lived his life to the fullest. He was best known for his practical jokes and sense of humor. The greatest prides in his life were his children, Tyrus Jacob and Sequoia Rain. He spent his life trying to make them happy. Rick also loved to gain knowledge and had a passion for cooking, photography, and music. His laughter is something that will be missed for years to come.
Rick is survived by his two children, Tyrus Jacob, 13 and Sequoia Rain, 11; his mother, Carol, of Fox Lake; four brothers, George (Mindy) Kavonius, Shannon Kavonius, Mickey Kavonius, and Robbie Kavonius; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, Richard Sr., his grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation:
Friends and relatives may call on the family on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
Services:
Funeral services for Richard A. Kavonius, Jr. will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun.
Burial:
Burial will follow at Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun.
