Randy L. Krueger, 60, of rural Neshkoro, lost his battle with cancer and went to his heavenly home Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
Randy was born August 29, 1952 in Waupun, the son of Ervin A. and Bernice Schmidt Krueger. He was baptized in the Christian faith September 28, 1952 and confirmed on May 21, 1967. Randy attended Waupun schools, graduating from Waupun High School in 1970.
On October 12, 1974 Randy married Lora Kramer in Waupun. The couple resided in Waupun until 2002. At that time the couple built their retirement home in Budsin near the hunting land he loved and next to the cabin that held so many family memories. Randy was employed by Sure-Fire Inc. in Horicon for over 30 years. Randy was a former member of Pella Lutheran Church and currently a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Princeton. Randy had a passion for hunting, fishing, camping, and the outdoors. He loved his family dearly and cherished his grandchildren. Randy played softball for many years with Judsons and taught Hunter Safety courses in Waupun.
Randy is survived by his wife, Lora of Neshkoro; two sons, Kurt (Tammy) Krueger of West Chicago, IL and Jeffrey (Stephanie) Krueger of Oshkosh; four grandchildren, Trenton, Helayna, Logan, and Lauren; his mother, Bernice Krueger of Waupun; a brother, Jerold (Chris) Krueger of rural Markesan; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Laurel and Alice Kramer of Waupun; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Arlyn and Karol Harmsen of rural Waupun; and five nephews.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Ervin Krueger.
Visitation:
Friends and relatives of Randy Krueger may call on the family at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun on Thursday from 4-7p.m. and on Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Services:
Funeral services for Randy Krueger will be held Friday, May 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Pella Lutheran Church in Waupun with Rev. Robert Busse and Rev. Mike Stock officiating.
Burial:
Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the town of Trenton.
