Mary A. White, 64, of Waupun, passed away unexpectedly on April 29, 2016 at her home.
Mary was born September 22, 1951 to Orien and Myrtle (Lidtke) White. Mary attended and graduated from Waupun High School. She continued her education at cosmetology school in Oshkosh for one year and worked a short time at Sue's Beauty Salon. Mary later became a seamstress where she found her passion. She was a member of Union-Congregational Church, the Women's Legion Auxiliary Club, and the Homemaker’s Association. She also attended several craft classes. Mary helped out at several blood drives.
Mary is survived by a niece and a nephew: Melissa (Craig) Hull of Waupun, and Todd Dahl of Waupun; a grand-nephew, Owen Hull; two grand-nieces: Emma Hull and Ayanna Dahl; and a brother-in-law, Tim Dahl.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Madeline Dahl.
Friends and relatives may call on the family on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun and on Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
A memorial service in Mary’s honor will be held Thursday May 5th, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Union-Congregational Church in Waupun with Rev. Jack Kraaz officiating.
Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the town of Trenton.
