LaLonnie A. Schouten

LaLonnie A. Schouten, 49, of Waupun, passed away January 16, 2018 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du lac.

Lonnie was born July 18, 1968 in WI, the daughter of Rodney and Grace Reichertz Weber. After her parents passing Lonnie was lovingly adopted by Mike and Pat Roisum. She later graduated from Marshall High School in 1987. After high school she went into the healthcare industry and loved taking care of people. On August 5, 2005 she married Ronald Schouten. Lonnie loved being outside, watching cooking shows, being on social media, and watching the grandchildren.

Lonnie is survived by her husband, Ron Schouten of Waupun; two daughters: Samantha Jones (boyfriend, Harold Pater) of Beaver Dam and Amanda Jones of Arizona; a grandchild, Wyatt Jones; adopted mother, Pat Roisum of Sun Prairie; two brothers: Roger (Patti) Weber of Oregon, WI and Jeff (Jody) Weber of Marshall; two step-siblings: Shawn Roisum of Madison and Krystle (Nick) Barman of Waunakee; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Lonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her adopted dad; and brother-in-law, Dave Muckerheide.



A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun from 1-4 p.m.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Schouten family.
