Hazel Michelle Mulder

Hazel Michelle Mulder passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on Friday, November 16, 2018.

Hazel was born October 29, 2018 at 4:24 p.m. at Waupun Memorial Hospital, weighing 6# 12 oz, 20” long. After struggling with the debilitating effects of Trisomy 13, Hazel passed gently and comfortably into the arms of Jesus.

Hazel is the daughter of Noah and Mackenzie Mulder and is survived by her older brother, Silas, age 2; her paternal grandparents, Bob and Michelle Mulder; her maternal grandparents, Steve and Christine Winning; and her aunts and uncles: Taylor and Ryan Kostick, Caitie Winning, Ben and Emily Mulder, and Jacob and Samantha Mulder.




Friends and relatives may call on the family on Saturday at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun from 12-3 p.m.



Memorial services for Hazel Michelle Mulder will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at First Christian Reformed Church in Waupun at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Brower officiating.
