Elaine M. Pinkerton, 97, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Woodlands Senior Park in Fond du Lac.
Elaine was born May 30, 1916 in Mackford Prairie, WI the daughter of Walter and Anna Sievert Hare. On September 2, 1936 she married Forrest B. Pinkerton at Brandon United Methodist Church where she was a member and later married Nelson A. Pinkerton.
Elaine is survived by her children, Sandra (Robert) Wesphal of Northville, MI, and Gary (Beverly) Pinkerton of Oshkosh; brothers and sisters, Elwyn Hare of Fond du Lac, Lois Marchant of Ripon, Beatrice (Edward) Winterheck of Texas, sister-in-law, Helen Hare of Fond du Lac; daughter-in-law, Joanne Pinkerton; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest in 1968; second husband, Nelson A. in 2005; her parents; a son, Lloyd Pinkerton; and a brother, Kenneth Hare.
Visitation:
Friends and relatives may call on the family on Thursday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
Services:
Funeral services for Elaine M. Pinkerton will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun with Pastor Laura Yates officiating.
Burial:
Burial will follow at Wedges Prairie Cemetery in the town of Waupun.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions can be directed to Agnesian Hospice Hope Organization.
