Bridget Haima, 80, of Trenton, died Sunday February 21, 2021 at her home.
Bridget was born October 31, 1940 in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Bernard and Frances (Malack) Hughes. Bridget married Henry Haima on August 29, 1959 in Fox Lake. Bridget was a self taught artist. Her specialty was painting on saws of all types and sizes. She enjoyed arts, crafts, knitting, crocheting, fishing, playing cards, and playing pool with her granddaughter in league. Her greatest enjoyment was camping at the Sunrise Resort in Montello with special friends. She was the first woman to introduce women’s softball in Waupun. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy!
Bridget is survived by a son, Rick Haima of Fox Lake; two grandchildren, Monica (Kyle) Firari of Beaver Dam, and Zachary Haima (Stuart Liverseed) of Beaver Dam; a brother, William (Larene) Hughes of Fox Lake; relatives; step-grandchildren; and a very dear friend, Angie Tank of Waupun.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; a son, Kelly; a sister, Shirley Rabehl; and two brothers, Joseph and Frank Hughes.
Services
It is Bridget’s wish to be cremated and have no services.

So sorry to hear of Bridget’s passing. I knew her for years and she was a kind person and very caring. I remember her painting an oil picture of an old farm many years ago. R.I.P.

Rick and family, your Mom was a wonderful caring and talented person. She made everyone laugh. She loved her boys and grandkids so much! She loved everyone! Cherish all the memories!! Remember the good times! So many good times, going thru the woods on hayrides for Halloween! She loved people. She will be missed dearly. Mom is in heaven with your Dad now! No more pain or suffering! Hugs and prayers to you all!!
So sorry for your loss. She was such a sweet lady. I only knew her from Sunrise Resort, but such a treasure. Remember the good times and smile.

Cousin Rick, I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and the family. Aunt Bridget was an amazing Aunt when we were young. She will be missed. I’m your Uncle Joe’s step daughter, Lisa. Be well, be blessed. Hugs to you all.
