Allen G. Buhrandt, 89, of Fox Lake, formerly of Muskego, WI, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living in Waupun.
Allen was born May 13, 1925 in Milwaukee the son of Frank and Edna Hendler Buhrandt. On November 26, 1953 Allen married Mildred Lovald in Hales Corner, WI. The couple lived in the town of Muskego for many years where Allen worked as an agricultural artificial insemination technician, retiring in 1987. In 1993 they moved to their lake home on Fox Lake, WI and have resided there ever since.
Allen is survived by his daughter, Sandy (Pete) Mouser of Fox Lake; his brother, George (Elaine) Buhrandt of Muskego; three nephews, Dale (Theresa) Buhrandt, Dean (Claire) Buhrandt, and Kenny (Jan) Perkl; two nieces, Gale (Bob) Vogel and Sharon Witek Perkl; daughter-in-law, Joyce (Thomas) King; sister-in-law, Dorothy Perkl; six grandchildren, Jessica (Steve) Miller, Rusty (Coleen) King, Bernadine (Randy) Rickert, Deanna (Dan) Hardrath, Becky Ney, and Kevin (Lorie) King; 16 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred on April 24, 2005; his step-sons, Gerald King on April 10, 2014 and Thomas King on May 16, 2002.

Friends and relatives may call on the family on Tuesday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
Services:
Funeral services for Allen G. Buhrandt will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, S66 W14325 Janesville Road, Muskego.
Burial:
Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Muskego.
